You can grill the perfect burgers, sausages, and prime rib on the Big Green Egg Kamado Grill. The grill features a “steakhouse” feature which lets you grill at 750º F / 400º C so your food is ready even faster. It comes with 2 dampers so that you can cook at a medium temperature levels too. With our grill, you can get the most out of your seafood, giving you a moist flavor.

Oven
The convEGGtor offers an indirect cooking method. It will bake anything from pies to pizza, bread, casseroles and anything you can put in your oven. You’ll never have to cook inside again with the convEGGtor. Our ovens are the best in Grand Junction because they retain moisture and heat which allows your food to be perfectly crisp without drying out. This allows the flavors and juices to stay in the food just as they should.

Smoker
The Big Green Egg will allow you to control the temperature at low heat because of the insulating ceramics. You can comfortably control 200 to 350°F / 93 to 177°C. Which will give you delicious results for chicken, ribs, and turkey. This allows the food to be infused with wood smoked flavors. The perfect time for a slow cook is on a low heat for 16 to 18 hours.
